Product Overview
An MB Sync cable (short for Motherboard Sync cable) is used to connect your PC case’s RGB fan controller or LED lighting hub directly to the motherboard’s RGB header so that all lighting effects can be synchronized through the motherboard’s software. This MB Sync cable is compatible with the b‑Voguish‑RGB case.
What it does:
• Transfers RGB control signals from the motherboard to the case’s lighting system.
• Lets you manage lighting through apps like ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light, or Gigabyte RGB Fusion.
• Ensures the case’s fans, strips, and logo lighting match the rest of your system’s color scheme.
Typical connection:
• One end plugs into the RGB header on the motherboard (usually labeled ARGB, RGB, or JRAINBOW).
• The other end connects to the case’s RGB fan controller or hub.
Important notes:
• Check whether your fan controller uses 5V-3 pin ARGB or 12V 4-pin RGB before connecting — mismatching can damage LEDs.
• Some cases may include both an MB Sync cable and a manual mode cable (for button control); you use one or the other, not both.
